Pregnancy Testing

If you’re sexually active and have missed a period or are noticing changes in your body, you might be wondering if you’re pregnant. Common early signs of pregnancy can include:

  • Fatigue

  • Nausea

  • Tender or swollen breasts

  • Headaches

  • Frequent urination

  • To learn more, visit our Pregnancy Symptoms page

We’re here to help you find clarity. Our medical-grade pregnancy tests detect the presence of HCG, the hormone produced during pregnancy. If your test is positive, we can schedule a limited obstetrical ultrasound to confirm how far along you are and whether the pregnancy is viable (able to continue on its own).

Even if you’re unsure about your next steps—or considering an abortion—an ultrasound can provide important information, such as identifying a possible miscarriage before symptoms appear.

All limited obstetrical ultrasounds at our clinic are performed by a trained Registered Nurse in a compassionate, confidential setting.

Considering Abortion

The information you receive during a pregnancy confirmation appointment can help you make an informed decision, including understanding the types and potential costs of abortion. In some cases, it may also detect an ectopic pregnancy—a serious condition that can be life-threatening if not treated. It's important to know that abortion pills are not safe in the case of an ectopic pregnancy.

At our clinic, these services are always offered at no cost to you. We believe every woman deserves access to answers and support—without pressure, cost, or sales tactics.

We do not profit from your decision. You’re not alone—we’re here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.

Pregnant In School

If you are in high school or college, an unintended pregnancy can feel overwhelming. We're here to help you feel supported, encouraged, and empowered through your pregnancy decision and beyond.

Our staff will provide information on your options and the medical services you need so that you can make a fully informed choice.

You don’t need to be accompanied by a parent to access our services, no insurance is required. All of our services are free of charge and completely confidential. Your privacy and comfort are always a priority here.
